Adoption Application
Our adoption process is simple! Adopters must fill out the adopter information packet, meet the animal they are interested in adopting, speak with an adoption coordinator to make sure the animal you are interested in fits your lifestyle, and promise to love your new pet for life! Come prepared to adopt by printing, reading and filling out all the adoption papers in advance: Adoption Application You may scan and email this form back to us at sullivanshelter@gmail.com or bring the form with you to the shelter.

Adoption Cost
The Humane Society has variable adoption fees for our adoptable pets. Fees can vary depending on age, length of stay, specific needs, and special events.
Our base adoption fees are as follows:
Adult Dog: $140+
Puppy: $190+
Senior Dog: $75
Adult Cat: $60
Kitten: 75
